This course aims to cover basic awareness about Workplace Harassment, emphasizing the different types of harassment, as well as the indicators that exist to detect each of them.

On the other hand, the course will explain the guiding principles of prevention against sexual harassment and/or harassment based on sex. In addition, a specific module will be worked on the harassment protocol where the procedure for action in any case of harassment, the investigation process and how the negotiation commission should be established will be worked on.

Finally, in the last module, we will discuss the concept of sexual assaults, in relation to Organic Law 10/2022, of September 6, on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom.
