INTRODUCTION TO EQUALITY AND AWARENESS-RAISING ON HARASSMENT
This training is designed to provide participants with a grounding in basic concepts of gender and equal treatment and opportunities. The training will start by explaining the differences between the concepts of sex, gender and sexual orientation and how these concepts are associated with unequal and/or discriminatory treatment. Subsequently, we will talk about the social mechanisms that maintain discrimination, as well as the prejudices and gender roles that are set by our environment.
On the other hand, the course includes awareness-raising on harassment at work, sexual and gender-based harassment, aimed at differentiating these three types of harassment and learning how to detect them in the workplace. The training will be aimed at preventing the appearance of this risk and learning how to act quickly and effectively, avoiding more serious consequences.

INTRODUCCIÓN A LA IGUALDAD Y SENSIBILIZACIÓN FRENTE AL ACOSO
Esta formación está pensada para ofrecer a las personas participantes una base sobre conceptos básicos de género e igualdad de trato y oportunidades. La formación comenzará explicando las diferencias entre los conceptos de sexo, género y orientación sexual y cómo estos conceptos se asocian a un trato desigual y/o discriminatorio. Posteriormente hablaremos sobre los mecanismos sociales que mantienen la discriminación, así como los prejuicios y los roles de género que nos marca nuestro entorno.
Por otro lado, el curso incluye una sensibilización en materia de acoso laboral, sexual y por razón de sexo-género, dirigida a diferenciar estos tres tipos de acoso y a aprender a detectarlos en el entorno laboral. La formación estará orientada a prevenir la aparición de este riesgo y aprender a actuar de forma rápida y eficaz, evitando que se generen consecuencias más graves.
