MASTERCLASS ON INTRODUCTION TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES IN BUSINESS
This training is designed to provide participants with a foundation in basic concepts of gender and equal treatment and opportunities. This course is specially designed to be given after the implementation of an Equality Plan in the organisation. In this way, it consolidates the company's intention to seek effective equality between women and men.
The training will begin by explaining the differences between the concepts of sex, gender and sexual orientation through dynamics and discussion of how these concepts are associated with unequal and/or discriminatory treatment. Subsequently, we will talk about the social mechanisms that maintain discrimination, as well as the prejudices and gender roles that are set by our environment.

MASTERCLASS DE INTRODUCCIÓN A LA IGUALDAD DE OPORTUNIDADES EN LA EMPRESA
Esta formación está pensada para ofrecer a las personas participantes una base sobre conceptos básicos de género e igualdad de trato y oportunidades. Este curso está especialmente diseñado para impartirse tras la implantación de un Plan de Igualdad en la organización. De esta forma, se consolida la intención de la empresa de buscar la igualdad efectiva entre mujeres y hombres.
La formación comenzará explicando las diferencias entre los conceptos de sexo, género y orientación sexual mediante dinámicas y debate de cómo estos conceptos se asocian a un trato desigual y/o discriminatorio. Posteriormente hablaremos sobre los mecanismos sociales que mantienen la discriminación, así como los prejuicios y los roles de género que nos marca nuestro entorno.
